Slow Leak

faith

   [feyth]  Show IPA

noun

belief that is not based on proof: He had faith that the hypothesis would be substantiated by fact.

It is hard to have faith when you are tired.

Not having a moment to rest the mind and rest the soul takes more of a toll than just causing fatigue physically. It takes the faith we hold and begins to let it out, like a slow leak. By the time we realize we are exhausted, the strength we need to muster from our steps of faith is gone.

In tiredness, hills look like mountains. The tasks we have mount up before us and become too much to handle with our weakened minds.

It is time to place a true rest back in my time. I fear my very dream is at stake if I don’t.
